Return Policy – Wholesale THCa Platform
At Wholesale THCa Platform, we are committed to providing high-quality, lab-tested hemp-derived THCa products to our wholesale and retail customers. Due to the nature of our industry and product category, all returns must meet the conditions outlined below.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.
- You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
All return requests must be approved in writing by our customer support team before you send any items back.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, safety, and compliance regulations, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:
- Opened or partially used products
- THCa flower or other perishable hemp goods once the seal is broken
- Custom-labeled or white-label items
- Samples or promotional items
- Orders reported outside of the 48-hour return window
We strictly adhere to federal hemp compliance guidelines and cannot resell any opened product — no exceptions.
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our support team at [Insert Email] within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect), and a brief explanation of the issue.
- If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to return the item.
Returns sent without an RMA or after the approval window may be refused.
4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our fulfillment error.
- All returned items must be shipped within 7 business days of return approval.
- Restocking fees (10–20%) may apply to wholesale orders, especially on bulk flower returns or high-volume SKUs.
Returns must include the original invoice and be sent to the address provided in your RMA instructions.
5. Refunds & Credits
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via store credit, based on the situation.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
- You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.
6. Retail vs. Wholesale Returns
Wholesale buyers (bulk orders, distributor pricing, white-label clients) are subject to stricter terms due to the volume and customization of orders. Wholesale returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to higher restocking fees or denied if the product was made to order.
Retail customers may have more flexible options, but only if the return qualifies under the conditions above.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the full return policy above.
