1. Refund Eligibility
We accept refund or replacement requests only under the following conditions:
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Note: Because we deal with consumable products and regulatory-sensitive goods, we do not accept returns of opened items, even if unused.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

- Samples or promotional items
- Custom-labeled, white-labeled, or private-label products
- Wholesale bulk orders beyond the complaint window
3. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:
- Take clear photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.
